• How do I place an order?

  To place an order you can call our Sales Centre on 01264 387370 where a member of our Sales Team will assist you.

• I am looking for an item and I can’t find it on your website. What should I do?

  Simply complete your details by Clicking Here and a member of our team will be in touch.

• I am not sure what equipment I need

  Not a problem. Give us a call on 01264 387370 and one of our experts will be able to help you identify what is required to provide you with the right solution.                                          

  If required one of our Sales Managers will attend your location and carry out a FREE site survey.

   

• Am I responsible for the equipment whilst it is on hire?

  Yes, you are responsible for the equipment you hire. We can however offer damage waiver at a rate of 10% of the hire charge to cover against accidental damage or damage waiver plus at a rate of 15% of the hire charge to cover against accidental damage or loss (T&C’s apply) Click Here for more information.

• How do I open an account?

  It’s really easy, just Click Here and complete the form. Once complete in full send this to info@allseasonshire.com with the required supporting documents and we can have you up and running in no time at all. 

  Alternatively, if you already have an active account with the HSS group you can use this same account with us.

   

• How do I pay for my hire?

  We ask customers to pay in advance by credit or debit card. Regular customers should open an account where you will be invoiced monthly. To set up an account Click Here.

  Email us at info@allseasonshire.com to request the latest copy of our brochure.

• How do I request a site visit?

  Call our Sales Team on 01264 387370 and our Sales Support team will arrange for one of our Sales Managers to visit you and provide a FREE site survey.

• How do I raise a query or complaint?

  We work hard to delight our customers. However, if you don’t feel your hire experience was everything it should’ve been, we’d like to know so we can do something about it.

• What are the open hours?

  Our offices are open from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however should you require equipment outside of these hours our oncall team will be able to assist you…just call us on 07920 483758
