The 1.2 MW Containerised Boiler  from All Seasons Hire is housed in a vandal proof sound and thermally insulated steel container.  This 1200kW boiler is the perfect solution for a wide range of heating and hot water applications. With features such as lifting lugs, forklift truck pockets and fast coupling technology it’s quick and easy to get up and running.  Used in conjunction with our comprehensive range of thermostatically controlled air handling units this boiler is ideal for proving temporary heating in offices, factories and public buildings.

An ideal unit for large heating (LTHW), domestic hot water or combined requirement applications. This unit combines two 600kW boilers into one standard 20ft shipping container. This is a fully featured unit with a single controller to control all the equipment, including both boilers and the system pumps. Additionally the unit features a Boss Pressfill pressurisation unit and for up to 1200kW of DHW duty an external plate heat exchanger.

Run & Standby
This unit has been designed to provide a complete run & standby solution within a single unit. Housing two Ferroli Prextherm RSW600 boiler bodies fired by dual burners within the 20 foot container. This enables the boiler to provide 600kW of combined heating and DHW duty with a standby unit ready to automatically takeover should there be a fault with the primary boiler body or burner. For added resilience the installed system pump is a twin head inverter driven unit. Meaning in addition to the boiler/burner backup any fault with one of the pump units an pumping will also be switched over automatically. All this means that this is the perfect containerised boiler for critical applications where automatic switch-over to a standby system is a necessity.
