Challenge
A multinational soft drinks manufacturer needed to increase bottling capacity to meet demand last summer. A combination of national lockdown and a warm summer meant that consumption of their world famous brand grew three fold. To ensure the product held its fizz it was cooled to five degrees before being bottled, then injected with CO2.
All Seasons Hire achieved this by supplying a 500kW chiller, a stainless steel heat exchanger, WRAS approved pump set and generator. The temporary system was designed by one of our process cooling technicians and All Seasons Hire managed every aspect of the installation ensuring production could be increased quickly with minimum disruption.
