Challenge
When a well-known confectionery company called All Seasons Hire for help, we needed to act fast. Production had ground to a halt as the main air-conditioning system had failed which meant that the product didn’t set properly and was too sticky to go into the packaging hall.
With product backing up inside Europe’s biggest mint production facility, we devised a fast solution that blew chilled air directly onto the product with ventilation to remove excess heat from the area. The entire project, from initial site survey to installation took less than 24 hours. We utilised their specialist mono-block air conditioning units to deliver chilled air directly onto the production line which meant that a costly bill to cool the entire area was averted.
