Challenge
All Seasons Hire, working in partnership with a national heating energy provider, was asked to provide an emergency heating solution for a large housing complex in London.
Their existing communal boilers suffered a catastrophic failure leaving hundreds of properties without heating or hot water. District heating networks are becoming commonplace in our towns and cities as local authorities look to reduce their carbon footprint. However, when failures occur it is key critical that a quick and reliable alternative can be provided.
One of our expert team attended the site that day and conducted a full site survey, detailed risk and method statement for a 1.2mW temporary gas boiler, approved by the client and installed within 24 hours.
