A series of high profile conferences have been successfully air conditioned at a Heathrow hotel. All Seasons Hire jumped to work in providing a complete cooling package at short notice.

Having had one of their chillers condemned last autumn the hotel had made do without air conditioning for their ballroom. But with the weather heating up again and a series of conferences and a large wedding scheduled a temporary cooling package was required at short notice.

After receiving the call for help All Seasons Hire dispatched one of their experienced Technical Project Managers to site to work out the best way to provide cooling to the large events space. The site survey confirmed that the most efficient option for providing air conditioning to the ballroom was the combination of a chiller hire unit and air handler.

The All Seasons team then offered a full turnkey package to include an 80kW Chiller and 100kW Air Handler In addition a generator set from our group company Abird was also supplied to power the units.

As the only option was to site the equipment at the front of the hotel in plain view of all visitors and guests it was imperative that a clean install was achieved. This is where All Seasons Hire’s modern fleet and expert engineering team came into their own. Over 75% of the fleet is less than three years old , with significant investment each year since the group acquisition. Plus the engineering team have top class standards to ensure every job is not only fully operational and providing the maximum productivity, but the site is left clean and tidy on every install.

Upon completion the feedback from the customer was highly complementary.
